About us
This is the privacy policy of Nordic Travel LLC. We are incorporated under the laws of Ukraine. Our registered office is blvd. Maria Primachenko 1/27, Kyiv, Ukraine, 01042. We are operating under the registration number 42485471 stated at the National State Registry of Ukrainian Enterprises and Organizations.
Data collection
We collect only data submitted by a customer in the registration form for the purposes of providing travel services. Nordic Travel LLC can use personal data for marketing purposes only if the customer has consented to it.
We may collect the following personal information about the customer:
- name
- date of birth
- passport number
- e-mail address
- telephone number
- residential address
- booked trip
- any other information, which the customer has provided to Nordic Travel LLC while booking a trip
In addition, we collect data concerning your payment for travel services (such as transaction and payment data, details about the payment intermediaries).
Processing personal data
We collect, process, store and protect your personal data within the framework of the effective legislation of Ukraine. The basis for processing personal data is customer-contractor relationship (filling the reservation form and booking the trip) as well as the contract between the customer and Nordic Travel LLC.
Lawful disclosure of personal data
The personal data, which we have gathered from our customer, may be transferred only to those business partners, which role is essential in organizing the trip, such as accommodatÃon services and transport companies, also to border authorities if necessary. Business partners do not share your personal information with any third parties, unless it is considered necessary to provide the travel services purchased by you.
Personal data deletion
Your personal data is deleted within the appropriate time after the travel services have been provided, unless you gave permission to use your personal data for Nordic Travel LLC marketing purposes.
Principles of a customer database protection
The customer database is protected by conventional technical protection measures. Customer data is used only by Nordic Travel LLC staff and is protected by usernames and passwords. The customer database is secured with firewalls and preserved in the environment with malware protection software.
Access to your personal data
You have a right to request us to check all personal data kept in Nordic Travel LLC customer and marketing database, ask our contact person to confirm whether your personal data is being stored in the database. You must be prepared to prove your identity in case you want to check your personal data.

You have a right to request your personal data amendment, if it is inaccurate. The following request must be addressed to our contact person. You must be prepared to prove your identity in case you want to correct your personal data.

Personal data is removed without undue delay, unless data processing is needed to obey the EU law or comply with obligations based on the legislation of Ukraine.
